Good location, the hotel will provide you with towels & mat at the lobby for use on the beach. The beach is beautiful. We also went to pool on the 31st floor, scenery was great & the pool side restaurant has made the experience even better! The staff are cheerful and helpful.

There are five-star hotels, and then there are those that go the extra mile. This one doesn’t—but it does what it promises, and does it well. It’s a classic five-star property with clean rooms, good facilities, and reliable service. Nothing flashy, nothing falling apart. What made our stay truly enjoyable was upgrading to a suite with club access. That transformed the experience. The suite was spacious, the view from the top floor was beautiful, and the atmosphere was calm and unhurried. Breakfast by the rooftop pool was a daily highlight, and the staff in the club area were attentive and kind throughout our stay. The hotel is slightly removed from the busiest part of the beach, which actually adds to the sense of quiet. Location-wise, it works well.

That said, there are a few oddities. Check-in took longer than expected because we were thoroughly briefed on rules—like the strict prohibition against hanging laundry on the balcony (a fine applies), or bringing food back to the room (also discouraged). It felt a bit over-managed. When paying, the card terminal wasn’t working and we were asked to complete the transaction manually—using envelopes and handwritten notes. A small inconvenience, but a reminder that some processes could be smoother. One thing worth clarifying: from the photos on Booking.com, you might get the impression that the hotel has sun loungers set up down by the public beach. It doesn’t. There’s beach access nearby, but no dedicated seating on the sand. Just so you know. All in all, this is a good hotel—honest in what it offers, and especially worthwhile if you invest in the club level.

I dèfinitely come back this hotel if visiting again Nha Trang, ms Nguyet receptinist of this hotel is extremely nice and enthusiatic to help me in sending my shoes that I forgot in the room of hotel. I contacted her and she immediately send my shoes from Nha Trang to Saigon. Thank you so much for hotel to train a such nice staff , the hotel clean and in 5start standard Huong Dang

Hotel 5 Stars but it doesn’t have iron, had to go another floor. When I requested by supervisor her name is Hien, she was thanked but nothing . I were stayed there 2 night but no one clean my room. I requested to change bath towels but they gave to me really old towels

The receptionist are not friendly.

Great roof too pool, clean and nice room comfy beds, small bathroom in family suit would have been better if a little bigger.

Cleanliness was good.I got a complimentary high tea voucher.Although the lobby could be a bit hectic at times, the area around the rooms was quiet and peaceful. The location is great — close to the beach, with plenty of food options nearby.

I was given an accessible room, which was spacious. However, the bathroom floor had no divider between the wet and dry areas. I’m not sure if all the rooms are designed this way, but it caused the toilet area wet after showering good that the floor dried quickly. The staff assisting with luggage and at the restaurant provided quick and friendly service. The front desk service was acceptable but could be improved.

Staff were very keen to please and the breakfast was sensational. The pool views were breathtaking every day and the location was terrific.
