"We had a plan to stay 3nights but stayed longer. Perfect location, view, kindness"

Everything was excellent! The stuffs, front desk, bell boys, roof top waiters, restaurant stuffs are all the best! First day we had an issue but duty manager had solved immediately. He is a great manager to solve even a small issue.

Maybe improve the skill of communication.

"Not a pleasent experience"

It had a gym and an open space pool on the rooftop

They didn’t want to check me in because I had my passport saved at another place I offered $100 deposit they even didn’t want to accept it… I waited for an hour trying to figure out what to do then but when I started to use my voice and asking for a higher manager they did actually checked me with a security deposit… so what’s a point of not accepting it in the first place. Also after checking in I went to my room and found a lot of human hair everywhere… not really clean…

The hotel and the room were perfect. Very clean, good location and the staff were very professional!

They only have the mattress on the beach chairs during weekends and they prioritize the outside customers.

The room and facilities are good, staff are friendly

Our experience regarding the NYE Gala dinner wasn’t good. We found the buffet food to be disappointing in taste, and we were surprised to be charged for soft drinks during the meal. Additionally, we faced a significant delay during check-out, this was particularly stressful as we were in a rush to catch our flight.

The property was quite fine. We stayed at 28th floor , the housekeepers did the job very well.

At the evening, we got tiny flies in our room. Perhaps they got into our room through the window. So better to set anti mosquitoes nets to windows.
