Best Western Premier Marvella Nha Trang

Breakfast was alright. They tended to be running low on food or drink at a lot of the stations, but it was still far better than a Best Western, or any better hotel that i'm used to seeing, especially in the price range.

check-in was a little slow compared to most, but that's what it's like being international.

We had a comfortable stay at BW Nha Trang. Rooms are clean with with a awesome view

滞在中、10名程度の従業員と接したが、英語を理解するのは1名のみ。 レセプションの男性に至っては、お尋ねしてよろしいですかの問い掛けに、しかめっ面して舌打ちする始末。 ランドリーひとつ頼のにたいへんな苦労をさせられます。 周辺のホテルのプライベートビーチにはパラソルがありますが、このホテルの場所だけはありません。 二度と泊まることはないでしょう。

Fantastic place to stay. Clean comfortable rooms with great customer service. Its like my home.

When having a shower it leaked water on the side of the bath down to the ground. And i tried to becarefull when showering so it doesn't leak but no way to stop. The rest was perfect.

Pleasant new hotel with nice design. Ocean view (but beware of honking noise). Not too big, so no huge groups of travelers. Very good breakfast and first class expresso machine and high quality coffee beans. Reasonable prices. I had the good luck to be welcomed by an outstanding reception attendant (HOANG) who found an excellent room for me. Thank you very much Hoang.

Ceilings could be higher. Glazing should have been thicker.

Clean, friendly staff, modern and spacious.
