Tam Coc LiLy Homestay

We are a Vietnamese couple living in the US and visiting Vietnam. During our stay at this homestay, we had a wonderful experience. Lily, the owner, is very thoughtful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and felt like home. The breakfast was delicious and customized to our preferences. She helped us book tours, train tickets, and transportation. She even packed some snacks and fruits for us when we were leaving. She also provided free bicycles for us to ride around and gave excellent recommendations on places to visit. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Lily

Our stay was lovely at Tam Coc Lily Homestay. Our hosts were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Tam Coc is very noisy so it was nice to stay here, cycle out to the fields and explore. We didn’t have long here so we used grab to get to and from places quickly, otherwise if your here longer you can hire a scooter from the property easily, or even better cycle for a lovely slow paced explore. We were fed very well each morning and nothing was too much for our host, she even got her teapot out just for us (my other half can’t survive without this morning pot of tea) Huge thank you!

Great stay at Lilys!

Staff at the hotel were very helpful and very friendly, it has been the best place I have stayed when travelling the country. The room was also great and was very spacious and clean, also a wide range of breakfast choices. Would highly recommend this hotel in Tam Coc.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Of all the places we have been over 7 months in Southeast Asia, this is the one place I felt actually went above and beyond in terms of customer service! We enjoyed the free bikes and appreciated Lily giving us a map of things to do in the area. She also arranged our sleeper bus, while allowing us to stay in a vacant room that day. She literally put us on the bus and i'm so grateful for a positive experience. The room was clean, but is worth noting the bathroom can be smelly. If this is a concern for you, i'm sure you could address it with her. I gladly recommend this family run business.

The room was a lot bigger than I expected. The hostess was very friendly and knowledgeable. The policy of no flushing TP caught me off guard but it’s a minor hiccup. Scooters and bicycles were readily available. The homemade breakfasts were worth it.

Lily and her husband were the best hosts! The check in was so fast and Lily gave us advice on where things were in the area. She makes breakfast to order from a lovely menu and the food was delicious. The room was super clean, spacious, and quiet. She gave us free bicycles to use right away. We also rented scooters from them for just $5 per day. Her husband taught us how to use them and made sure we were comfortable and safe. They let us store our bags until our night bus came after check out and gave us coffee and bananas while we waited in the lobby for the night pickup. I would definitely stay here again. If you want to be well taken care of during your trip to Ninh Binh stay here!

Lily and her husband are so nice and couldn’t do enough for us. The location is perfect for getting around. The hosts helped us get around the area and told us of the places for us to see, they also organised a day trip for us.
