Lily and her family were so amazing to us. We stayed during Tet and she invited us to watch fireworks and have drinks. She booked our taxis and transfers for us, gave us advise on where to go and what to do. She was always available to us and went the extra mile to make our stay amazing. It’s in a great location, they have bicycles to take out which makes things easy. It was a great stay for us!

We had the most amazing time during our stay! We arrived early from Hanoi by taxi, before check-in time, and were prepared to wander around town until our room was ready. However, they quickly accommodated us and got us settled into our excellent room. The bed was incredibly cozy, with luxurious sheets and a duvet. The bathroom and the room were spotlessly clean. My wife and I felt like royalty with the exceptional treatment we received throughout our stay. The next morning, we woke up to a delicious breakfast that we had pre-selected from the menu the night before. I tried Pho on the first day and "Bun Cha" the next morning, a delightful noodle and pork dish. I ended up having the same dish for breakfast every day because it was so tasty. Everything was perfect, without a single flaw. The hotel is conveniently located on the main road leading into town. We rented a scooter from them for just $5 a day and explored the area. The town is vibrant, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and the famous boat ride where they row with their feet. Surprisingly, our favorite activity turned out to be the motorbike rides. We marveled at the stunning mountains and rode through the picturesque rice fields, witnessing breathtaking beauty. I could go on and on, but let me tell you this - staying here might just be the highlight of your trip. The owners are incredibly kind and thoughtful, as is the lady who takes care of cleaning and cooking. We are truly grateful for our stay there!

Great place

Lily has been so wonderful to me and all other travelers. She treated us like her family. She let me ride the bike to see the areas. The location is convenient enough to go downtown, not too far to walk or bike. I really enjoyed my stay at Tam Coc Lily.

This place was the perfect stay in Tam Coc. Lily and her team were phenomenal at making us feel welcome and she answered all our questions making so many local recommendations and also organizing our transportation to Cat Ba after our stay with her. The breakfast was delicious every day and the rooms were clean. Just a short walk into town for all the restaurants and activities too!

The reason I chose this hotel was because of the excellent reviews. I was not disappointed, in fact during my stay in Vietnam for 4 weeks this was the best hotel. Lily the owner, so cheerful and warm hearted went well over the top in looking after me.I did a lot of walking and cycling and she made sure I had a hefty breakfast each morning. She didnt charge me for my laundry. Lily deserves 11 out of 10. The hotel is spotless and comfortable and also I must include all the staff too, what lovely and happy people, a sign of a good working environment. Please do yourself a big favour and book yourselves here, you won't do better. Thankyou Lily from the bottom of my heart.

Lily is a wonderful host and was very helpful when planning our trip in Ninh Binh. We had such a pleasant time staying here. The rooms are very clean and the free breakfast plus free bikes were a great addition. We highly recommend staying here during your visit in Ninh Binh!
