The Residence Resort & Villas Phu Quoc

Lovely 4 bedroom , 4 bathroom villa with a pool. Chose the option with breakfast which had adequate options to suit our group. You're assigned a 'butler' on check in. Henry was our butler and provided exceptional service. All our requests were addressed promptly anytime of the day or night. The resort shares beach access with Andochine Resort. There is also a little mall with supermarket, coffee shops, restaurant and cinema on the premises. Shuttle service between resort and a fixed radius from the resort.

There were 3 levels in the villa so lots of walking up and down stairs was required. We were about 900m from the beach but the shuttle service that the resort offers made it easier to get to the beach. As an alternative, try getting a booking at the Andochine resort which is on the beach. There is a kitchen at the villa. However, there is limited utensils, pots, pans, etc making cooking a bit difficult. A washing machine in the unit would have been a bonus

Отдых был незабываемым. Виллы очень красивые и уютные. На кухне есть вся необходимая утварь, поэтому можно без проблем готовить любые блюда. Электрическая плита работает отлично, как и вся техника. Номера чистые, сама вилла просторная. У нас была четырёхспальная вилла, и несмотря на то, что нас было трое взрослых и трое детей, всем было комфортно — места более чем достаточно. Можно было свободно разместиться, никаких ограничений не ощущалось. Из небольших минусов — вилла находится немного далековато от моря. Но этот момент полностью компенсировала дворецкая Ханна — просто замечательный человек. Стоило только написать или позвонить, и буквально за 5 минут она организовывала трансфер: приезжал багги (тук-тук), нас забирали, отвозили на пляж, а потом так же удобно привозили обратно на виллу. Всё было очень быстро, удобно и с заботой.

Property rooms had several major issues. Big Cockroaches in room everyday. Air conditioning leaking water flooding the room. No water in taps for multiple hours.

Villa was big and comfortable, very cozy and clean, quite new and with extraordinary service provided. Buggy service is prompt and provides any nearby route upon request. Employees are gorgeous and always warm welcoming - felt very nice

Die Unterkunft war top. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat absolut gestimmt. Das Personal war super freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Wir konnten uns mit jedem Anliegen Hanna, unsere Managerin wenden und fanden stets eine Lösung. Es wurde jeden Tag reichlich Wasser zum trinken aufgefüllt.

Die Unterkunft war super. Lediglich die Reinigung hätte etwas sorgfältiger und gründlicher ausfallen können.

Sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr gutes Platzangebot. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders Mody - vielen Dank!

Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet werden, zB mit Besteck und einem scharfen Messer zum Schneiden des Obstes.

まずホテルスタッフさんたちがとても親切にしてくださいました。こんなに素敵な対応をしてくれるホテルスタッフはこれまでいませんでした。そのぐらい感動しました！！食事も美味しく毎日いただき、ヴィラもとても最高でした。

Villa sạch sẽ, sáng sủa, mặc dù một số đồ dùng cũng đã có dấu hiệu được qua sử dụng nhiều, nhưng nhìn chung mọi thứ vẫn ok, sạch sẽ...nhân viên quét dọn hàng ngày, bữa sáng ngon, đa dạng, luôn thay đổi một số món, có cả ghế ăn dặm cho bé...vị trí hơi xa trung tâm một chút, nhưng yên tĩnh và gần biển

Có 1 đêm có khách ở villa bên cạnh rất ồn ào, cười nói rất to, ở trong phòng ngủ nghe thấy rõ, khá phiền phức khi lúc ấy cũng khá là muộn về đêm rồi
