シャワーが2日目から温水がでない部屋があったことと、バトラーからチャットの返信が少し遅めだったことを除いては、素晴らしい宿でした。ヴィラの施設内も綺麗で非常に有意義な旅行となりました。

mody 및 크루 분들 모두 친절하고~ 편안하게 잘지내다가 왔습니다^^ 소사시 야시장도 가깝고~ 버기로 이동해주셔서 편안하게 잘 다녔어요!! 날씨도 너무 좋고~ 푸꾸옥에 대한 좋은 기억 가지고 귀국 했답니다~ 다음에 또 방문하겠습니다^^

Mody, our butler, attended to all our needs promptly and even reminded us there will be breakfast and afternoon tea. He even helped to arrange transportation to and from the airport which really saved us time and effort.

The bathroom wasn’t as clean as expected. Doesn’t seem like hair in the toilet was cleaned daily as there was a semi flooding in the shower area on the last day of our stay.

The unit was recently remodeled. It was very professionally done, clean, and modern! Very nice 3 story, 3 bedroom villa. A lot of space for my family of 4.

The property was a 3 story villa. That is play but I have a 1 year old boy that kept wanting to climb the stairs. There was not a gate available, and it was not very clear in the booking.com advertisement that the unit was multi story. It just made it a little tricky for us with a baby. Also, we had the Wi-Fi internet gl put 3-4 times on our 5 day vacation, which was unfortunate because we didn’t have cell phone SIM cards either. It made it difficult to contact the reception people on WhatsApp for help and to send us a buggy to go to the beach at times. This cost us a bit of time on our vacation stuck at the unit for about 30mins to 1 hour.
