The hotel is located across from unity Square, so it is very convenient and centrally located. The staff were all very helpful and gracious. The breakfast bar on the roof in the morning was lovely. The rooftop is a nice place to enjoy an evening cocktail as well. The room was not very big, but we didn’t spend much time in the room. Most important was that it was clean and well appointed. It has a nice coffee shop on the first floor, but there is not a place to eat lunch at the hotel. You can, however, order food in the evening at the rooftop bar . Upon checkout, staff did a check of the room before we left and found my husband’s envelope with cash in it, and promptly ran it down to us! That honesty speaks for itself. if we would return to Pleiku we would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Lovely room, hot water, quiet A/C, very comfortable bed, fridge with snacks and drinks, balcony. Excellent rooftop breakfast/cocktail bar. Lovely breakfast, nice coffee bar in the reception area. Well located.

It can be a bit loud as the rooms are not isolated well and the elevator rings everytime someone calls it…but other than that, good value.

A very comfortable hotel with everything that we needed. One of the receptionists spoke good English, responded quickly to my questions on booking.com and organised seats on the minibus to Banlung.

The drinks in the rooftop bar were quite expensive for Vietnam but it had a great view.
