Excellent hotel within a good location at Pleiku city. Staff very friendly and attentive. Couldn’t do enough for you. Excellent service provided.

Nothing, fully met my expectations.

The people!!! From check-in to check-out, the staff went out of their way to make sure they learned every detail of what made us happy. Mr Tai worked from breakfast to night, even spending time as DJ at the wonderful roof top bar and remembering every detail of how we liked our coffee to which wine we preferred. Ms Phuongh arranged for a driver that took us to many of the area highlight sites plus some we didn’t know existed, but enjoyed.

We enjoyed everything about it. Our room was modern, it was nice to have an active coffee bar in the lobby and a late night bar on the roof. Everything was clean and modern, a great location.

The hotel is in a convenient location. Clean and the receptionist Tam did excellent job of helping us with the arrangement for a city tour and follow up with the transportation service we needed.
