¡Impresionante! Las vistas a la Bahía de Ha Long desde nuestra habitación en el piso 29 fueron algo de otro planeta. Y darse un baño en la piscina en el piso 40.. alucinante! La zona de juegos para niños en le tercer piso nos impresionó. Enorme y bien cuidada. La playa debajo del hotel fue increíble. Muy buen desayuno.

El personal podría ser un poco más amable

"Luxuriöses Hotel mit tollen Zimmern und Frühstück"

Gute Lage, sehr modern eingerichtet, große und saubere Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in Vietnam und auch zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel.

Die Englischkenntnisse könnten besser sein
