A La Carte Ha Long Bay Managed by TASECO

Tutto perfetto. Hotel e servizi super.

It's actually a mix building Condo and hotel. The one managed by TASECO provides the full hotel services, that includes access to the 2 marvelous swimming pool (outdoor and indoor) and 3 jaccuzzi. Breakfast was generous and lot of choices, but mostly asian specialities. The 2 bedrooms executive suite is quite impressive, the view is fabulous. We were with grand parents and 2 kids and it was perfect.

Breakfasts were same during the 3 days of stay so pretty boring at the last day and I observed that most of occidental people doesn't even know how to eat each asian speciality as some are provided with separate ingredients and guests have to pick up the correct match. It would be nicer with a small instructions for each. Location is a new area and a bit far from the center, so not a lot of dining options around.

It was modern and clean. The pool was the high light for me.

Couldn’t smoke on the balcony. The staff at the restaurant near the pool was rude and tried to overcharge us.

Near new hotel! Very comfortable rooms, swimming pools indoor and outdoor are very generous size . Staff is very helpful and accommodating. I had booked only one night and decided to book an extra night prior arrival. The room booked was not available for the extra night requested so they kindly upgraded us to a better room without extra payment.

It was clean. The facilities were good especially the indoor swimming pool

The location wasn’t good, construction all around us. The swimming pool outside was too cold to swim.
