Location and the hotel grounds are amazing. Room size, comfortable bed, good bathroom and shower. Air con effective and view from room lovely. Pool nice clean and warm.

Some noise from people around the site and across the water, not the best soundproofing. I thought breakfast wasn't great, some pastries dry and little flies on the fruit. Some staff were lovely and helped us out with breakfast though. It was mainly geared to the Asian tastes which while lovely is nor really for western tastes everyday.

Excellent hotel and well located. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that there are plenty of geckos/lizards on the walls at night time. Apart from this, I cannot fault this hotel and the staff as it was amazing. From the staff at the gate to reception, they were all very polite and helpful.

For the location and the view from the property alone this hotel is worth staying in. The natural surroundings are breath taking. The staff whilst pleasant were not particularly attentive. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Although we did have one instance of bird poo on the bed. The staff said that poo dropped through a crack in the tiles, which makes you wonder what would happen when it rains. Overall well worth a stay in a beautiful part of the world

One of the best properties in the area. The view of the river is magnificent

Location was great and views from hotel were stunning. Facilities were great - pool wonderful. Great with our food allergies at breakfast.

The area generally is quite noisy but that's not the hotel fault.

Beautiful setting with lovely views. Large, comfortable rooms. Staff was attentive and arranged bikes, tours and airport pick up and return. The restaurant was also quite good.

The customer service was absolutely horrid as they kept trying to up charge us on everything and gave extra fees for no apparent reason. The room was only okay for its pricing and the bathtub was leaking. The road to the resort was also very rough and ruined the atmosphere.
