Well located

The food quality was very bad. I have never had such a horrible and tasteless breakfast in my life. The staff were nice but not very helpful. We asked for a taxi, and 25 minutes later, when we asked for an update, they realized they had forgotten to call the driver. Similarly, when we asked for information about the services they offered (bicycles, etc.), we felt they were not really happy to assist and share information.

The resort is a little tired and could benefit from a renovation. It was clean . Our room was spacious and it is well located to explore Ninh Binh .

Great personnel, swimming pool and spa. Large variety of food for breakfast and very nice spa facilities. Comfortable bed and massive room and bathroom. Nice guide for activities.

Poor room isolation, noise from adjacent rooms. Street access needs improvement.
