Le petit déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur de l’établissement

Great location, massage is great.

It is conventionally located in Tam Coc area. Perfect for dining, shopping and accessing activities around the area. Staff were very friendly and rooms were spacious and clean. Also enjoyed the beautiful view by the pool. We had a wonderful stay here.

Breakfast was very disappointing. We had to have breakfast elsewhere. This was not a big deal because there are plenty of options in the area. I suggest the hotel considers adding a granola or muesli instead of the sugary cereal options, and sourdough bread with less sweet/fruity condiments (peanut butter for instance). Even though the hotel has done a lot to sound proof the rooms, it was still not enough to block out the sounds of what we assumed is a nearby nightclub. Their music seemed to go quite early into the morning..

O pequeno almoço tem fruta, bolos e sumos de myito ma qualidade. Nada compativel com o preço do hotel. O quarto cheirava muito o mofo.

Location is excellent, swimming pool is heated at all the time. Staff is friendly and willing to help you.

Great location and a spacious comfortable lake side room with a great bathroom. Breakfast good. Otherwise limited facilities.

The swimming pool was 33 degrees. Limited food & beverage options - one small bar and one restaurant with limited options. Because the location is so good got the feeling that the hotel was not making much of an effort on the service excellence front.

Réception efficace Restauration parfaite, cuisine et service précis et le petit déjeuner vous comblera sans fautes. Les cocktails et smoothies du Bar sont excellent. Chambre confortable Piscine à 33 degrés donc incroyablement bien chauffée tout comme la piscine pour enfant. La salle de jeu pour enfant est sécurisée et propre. A 200 mètres du centre, c’est l’unique emplacement idéal. Les abords de l’hôtel sont propres et dans ce petit centre il règne une tranquillité sans égale. Les tarifs sont très correct et complètement justifiés Bravo. Nos deux garçon souhaitent déjà revenir.

Tres surprise de ne pas avoir de fruits frais ou tres peu au petit dejeuner. Pas de jus frais avec tous les fruits qu on trouve sur les marchés. Le sentiment d être expédié pour le checkout. Téléphone qui sonne ds la chambre en continu.
