我們早上到時暫放行李，之後問一位女職員，她非常好，介紹了附近的景點給我們，更介紹了一個夜市給我們，但到晚上我們想知道準確的地址時，晚上的男職員說沒有，叫我們出外問其他人。

Staff are helpful to our needs and requests, they are friendly and thoughtful to our comfort during the stay. The room we got was clean and romantic. Money was well spent on this retreat. i really love the bathtub, leg soak, spa, and heated swimming pool!

Thankyou Tracy at the hotel reception who was very helpful and helped us organise our boat tours Great breakfast with many choices. The "A la Carte" menu contains,some interesting chef signature delicacies and reataurant staff very attentive and friendly. The hotel surroundings is beautiful and very cosy. there are some serene spots where you can sit and catch up with mails whilst admiring the beauty of the surroundings. We have extended our stay.

Cannot find anything to improve.
