Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The check-in process/service at the front desk was a bit slow, there was a required presentation about tourist opportunities at check-in but overall this was a nice hotel.

"No thing"

The staff were exceptionally rude, helpful, and cheated us on an included breakfast. Not enough water or toilet paper, had to wait hours for it. Staff were very unhelpful organising tours, just handed pamphlet out.

The employees were so friendly and helpful, especially when we had a ton of questions about transportation back to Haiphong. Massage services were great, they were clearly professionals. Breakfast was also great - perhaps not for you if you’re used to predominately western food but as Viet diaspora it was wonderful. Rooms were clean and views were nice. Would stay here again!
