"A very relaxing stay"

Great breakfast, comfortable beds and staff at the desk very helpful . Great location, it's 10 minutes walk to a lovely beach and very near lots of restaurants

Great location right in the centre of town. Amazing views from the rooftop pool over the beach.

Beds could have been comfier and had to ask for additional pillows. Also shower pressure/hot water wasn’t great but that may have been impacted by the recent typhoon.

"Great place to stay. "

Great hotel and great location. A lot of cleaning up both at hotel (skybar and pool) and outside after typhon. It was very clean so we was very surpriced when we found a small bug living in the wall by the window at the breakfast. Otherwise it was a hreat stay. Restaurant in the hotel had so good food. Overall a fantastic stay. If i come back i will book this hotel and hope i get a toom with view over the bay. We had view over half the bay now.

"Exceptional"

I checked out September 25th so this is a review of the hotel as Cat Ba recovers from the typhoon. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The sky at and pool were damaged in the typhoon and were being repaired. Overall a good place to stay.

"Best hotel on Cat ba by a country mile"

The hotel itself was perfect- a very high standard and perfect location. The staff members were superb in every respect. So friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. I would encourage everyone to stay at the hotel and use the ground floor cafe- restaurant for food as it was faultless
