I was impressed by the warm welcome, professionalism, and attention to detail demonstrated by your team. The room was beautifully presented, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable, providing a perfect environment to relax and unwind.

It could have been better if it's short walk to the Spa centre.

The staff and the beach

They could do more to clean the beaches outside the footprint of the resort and would benefit from a sustainability plan to support the local environment and people or it will end up being another Bali- a lost paradise. At the moment the ocean and the sand is free of micro-plastics but polystyrene and other large marine debris is littered along the edges of the high tide mark all along the extensive stretch of beach, this could be cleaned with minimal effort in two days. I fear if this is not done the spectacular kilometres of sandy beach will be impossible to clean in the future.

הצוות לא יודע אנגלית, גם בקבלה, מקשה מעט על התקשורת. השאטלים לערים באים כל שעתיים לדעתי אולי כדאי להגביר תדירות

Blown away by this fantastic property. Immaculate and stylish. Amazing staff. Great facilities. So beautifully done and well thought out. Rooms were spacious and the hotel is just amazing. We will visit again for sure.

Nothing! Only thing I’d say is it’s a little bit of a way from the old town. There is a free shuttle though so win win!
