This was a great hotel to stay in for a night near Halong Bay. They helped us book a boat tour and have an awesome rooftop pool. Staff is super nice and the rooms are nice as well with a great view. The area around the hotel is a little weird but all in all a great experience!

I can only comment on my one-night experience within the hotel as we were leaving for a cruise the next morning. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. Our group was checked in quickly and bellhop services were excellent. The rooms were absolutely amazing and my only regret is our short stay here. If I ever make it back to Ha Long Bay, I will definitely come back to this hotel.

There’s not thing I don’t like about this property , Everyone was very helpful it means a lot ,since I don’t speak any Viennese, I want specially say thank you to Ms. Ngan the front desk who is so sweet help us with where to go and arrange transportation for us .. answer all the questions we have with so much passion and understanding. There’s not thing I don’t like about this property , love the infinity pool up in the roof and love the stuffs every one is very helpful. Specially a big thanks for Ms Ngan. Dinh Thi Ngan. Who help us arrange the transportation and give us all the info we need. Since we don’t understand any of the Vietnamese, this really means a lot .sure will be back again :))
