Very nice hotel

A great new property and beautifully appointed. Super breakfast. Rooftop pool with stunning views. Very friendly and efficient service. It is in a quiet location which was not ideal for us. We would have preferred to be closer to the old city, but there are restaurants and a market close by. Grab taxi can take you anywhere!

The Watson Premium Halong Hotel is a new, beautiful, modern and high hotel in Ha Long. The hotel has 25 floors. There is a Sky Bar and a pool on the 25th floor. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is an amazing view of the bay with islands from the hotel room on the 22nd floor. The bathroom is spacious, clean and offers a sufficient number of towels. The staff is very friendly and willing to help or advise. We asked for extra pillows and they brought them to us within minutes. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. At check-in, we received a "Welcome drink" at the reception. Breakfast offered a wide selection of food and fruit. Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience. I would love it if the breakfast was served till 10:00 instead of 9:30. As a European I like to sleep longer on vacation.

Really helpful staff! Nice hotel with great views of Halong Bay. Ceiling fan and strong aircon were great! Breakfast was great with plenty of choices of both Asian and Western food. Lovely rooftop pool too! Would recommend without hesitation.

The staff was fantastic even the general manager took time and talked to me . Nothing was a problem . I have stayed at 1000s of hotels and this would rate as one of the best

Nhân viên front desk thì 7/10. Còn tất cả nhân viên còn lại thì miễn bàn. Vô nhà hàng buffet ăn sáng, nhân viên check-in nhà hàng gặp khách thì xoè tay ra lấy phiếu ăn, không nói 1 chữ, như thể khách đang đi xin đồ ăn của khách sạn Phòng thì không lau chùi. Bình đựng dầu gội với dầu xả thì rỉ sét (như trong hình) Khách của khách sạn thì vô ý thức. Đàn ông con trai thì cởi trần đi vòng vòng, con nít thì la hét, chạy tùm lum sảnh khách sạn không ai nhắc nhở. Khách sạn NĂM SAO này không xứng nhận sao 1/5. Quá tệ.

The Watson was a fantastic stay for us - there was nothing that I didn't like about the Hotel. The facilities and amenities were in great condition and the location very convenient to shops and restaurants. We found the service wonderful - in particular Kacey in guest relations went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information we needed. Her professionalism - excellent - she is a real asset to the hotel.

We had an amazing stay here for 5 nights, after we left another nearby hotel due to a bad night. Son (general manager) took us on a tour of the hotel before we checked out of our previous hotel, and ensured that we were as happy and comfortable as possible. Room was perfect - amazing view of the bay, powerful shower, exceptionally clean and a bed that was so comfortable we slept so well... in addition to it being so peaceful. Pool area was great and had the sun all day, quite a few sunbeds (does get busy after 3pm), and relaxing music playing. There is also a snack menu to have food by the pool, including baguettes, chips, pizza, etc for reasonable prices. Bar was beautiful and excellent cocktails. Breakfast was enjoyable, high quality food available. All staff members were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
