Paid extra for the "VIP" room with a window.. the window view was a fire escape on the first floor. The floor looked like it was never cleaned before

What did you like about the property? The location is very good, easy to locate. Very close to tourist attractions. Easily walkable to a lot of cafes, restaurants, money exchange, pharmacies, and convenience stores. Facilities are good for the price we paid. Staff cleaned everyday, friendly and welcoming. Property has an elevator which makes it easy for us. We were also able to extend one more night and the staff were flexible to let us stay in our exact rooms.

The twin bedroom we stayed in, although it had two beds, did not leave enough space to open our luggages at the same time. If you want bigger floor space, I suggest booking the double rooms instead. Windows didn’t have a city view, just the emergency staircase. Wifi is unstable the entire time. At one point, there was a small lizard in our room. Location is very central, but it gets noisy towards evening (10pm to 2am) as there are bars in the area playing loud music. Luckily, we were very tired and didn’t mind the noise but if you are sensitive to that, maybe this will be a concern to you. Altogether, very good value for the price we paid. Will come and book in this hotel again.
