The clerk is nice. The room is big

No hot water and the bathtub is pretty old. Not sure where is the mosquito from but just 1. The decoration is little old and the layout is little weird.

Not in vicinity of noisy walking street but an easy 5 minutes walk away . Room was nicely finished and in excellent shape. Good lighting, shower. Great tv size and channels including HBO. Front staff were friendly and quite helpful.

AC is a little weak. Big, tight windows but there is an external staircase running in front of them.
