Great central location with a lot of life around. My windowless room was very clean, in good condition and had strong a/c and cold fridge. Staff was nice and spoke English. At check-in they ask to keep either your passport or 500k as security deposit, which is understandable- just fyi to prepare. I would be happy to stay again if I need to stay in this area.

It was mostly clean (there were ants on the bed but they fixed the issue very fast). Apparently hotels in HCMC are very expensive so we got the best we could afford.

The location is good but not ideal, the rooms can be noisy at night.

Very nice location, comfortable room. Able to extend our stay with no problems. Motorcycle hire was good too.

Little noises from the street but no other issues. You get use to it.
