The only positive was the Palestine flag hanging over the pool table and no zion@zi or WARmerica flags anywhere. So well done there.

This place is rough! I woke up every day with bed bug bites. And I saw bed bugs casually walking down my pillow. Very small and brown but clearly visible. This hostel is full of dirty young backpackers so it would be impossible to maintain basic cleanliness standards. It's a nightmare. Unfriendly staff too. Rude and talking in Vietnamese about me when I checked in. To close down areas of this hostel and do a DEEP clean and refurbish would lose this place money so they greedily carry on with the place falling apart day by day. The flooring in the entrance way is coming apart and breaking into small pieces.  Very crowded rooms and people rudely using snooze on their alarm many times, keeping everyone else awake. Not the hostels fault but there are a LOT of people in the big rooms and some are selfish.

Staff was rude , she acted like she didn’t want to be there , you also have to pay for a towel , just to take a shower

Short walk to the beach and lots of good food places around! Staff is very nice and helpful!

Mattresses are very hard, AC was a bit too cold during the night.

I like the receptionist her name is Pi she is a hard worker and very efficient and responsible but is multi-tasking when she needs other available staff to do other duties 😕

I didn't like the lack of bathroom cleaning and not regular change of bed linen. Also the mattress was like a block of concrete it was not comfortable nor good for your back.Also the door opening into the female dorm kept banging because it has no stopper hence I didn't sleep well. In summary the Hostel needs tender loving care and hired staff to do professional cleaning services.

In meinem Bett lag irgendeine Frau mit Alkoholflaschen und dann musste ich eine Nacht in einem gemischten Schlafsaalschlafen. (Ich hatte Frauen-Schlafsaal gebucht)
