Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel Da Nang

Best things about this hotel is 1) the location, and in my opinion, the best part is 2) the staff! From start to finish of our stay, the staff went above and beyond every single time we needed assistance.. Thanks so much to Cara, Amy, Bobby, Jenny, James, and every single one who made our stay there memorable.. Oh, and the breakfast buffet was very good!!

Mixed feelings about this hotel. First and foremost the staff here are absolutely wonderful, couldn't fault them at all. The rooms were very clean and staff went out of their way to make sure I had a good stay. There were a few negatives unfortunately. My first room was on the 15th floor, and the shower pressure and temperature was diabolical. The pressure was annoying, cutting in and out but the fluctuating temperature made it almost unusable. It went from scalding hot to freezing cold about every 20 seconds. Apparently this is due to the hotel's 'water pump' system meaning all rooms on the higher floors have this issue. Crazy that this isn't something that has been rectified. Staff were very apologetic though and moved me to a lower floor once a room became available. Breakfast was not bad, but the room was nowhere near big enough for the amount of people staying at the hotel which meant it was often crowded and hectic. There's plenty of good and cheap breakfast places near the hotel though, so I just went elsewhere.

Helen, and Bobby were amazing receptionist and help with anything you need. I recommend staying here while you are in Da Nang. Great location

To start, Helen, Amy and Bobby worked at the front desk and were extremely helpful and accommodating. The spa was excellent and the pool was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Ryan’s attention to detail was truly exceptional. Timely local advice - sightseeing, eateries and services to suit our length of stay in both DA NANG & HOI AN. Will seek out Ryan Tran / Golden Lotus Luxury again for our next visit.

Our experience at the Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel Da Nang was absolutely fantastic. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool and bar, offering stunning views of the beach — the perfect way to start and end each day. The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and well-appointed. We especially loved the small balcony, which gave us a peaceful spot to enjoy fresh air and unobstructed views. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang — it truly made our trip special.

10/10. Wonderful hotel, clean with great staff and service in an excellent location. Nice rooftop pool with afternoon tea service. Breakfast buffet was delicious with great variety of food. Centrally located location, near to everything including the beach. Would definitely stay at this place again.

Nicely located. I Just find eco thing where the elevator door opens and the whole hallway is completely dark until you step out. Place is nice but I feel it was a bit expensive.

Excellent Hotel in great location with excellent reception staff. Ryan was amazing he helped us with booking Ba Na Hills and transport. 5 star service. Highly recommend
