Nice hotel , great service, good food , nice clean room , my special thanks to Ryan the front desk manager, He was very helpful on my stay, He walk around the breakfast area, welcoming everyone and asking how is everything, about food and stay, Thank you also to Amy, Bobby , Lena , Cara , at the Desk, very helpful to find and Booking good places to visit around the area, and Jolly at the restaurant and pool area , she always had smile wile checking we are good , I definitely will be back to this hotel ,

Beds are rock hard, bathrooms are not clean and

It' was a cosy stay with nice, helpful friendly staff Checking in was a breeze with real friendly receptionist and checking out was quick and easy with Receptionist AMY with a pleasant smile The Receptionist on day I checked in is helpful and even help me book tickets for the Golden Bridge.

Awesome stay for the family and children enjoyed the bath tub as well as swimming pool near to beach ...Nearby Indian restaurants as well

This is the best hotel to stay at when in Da Nang. The service and staff are superb, especially Amy and Ryan at the reception. The location is a 2 minute walk to the beach, with numerous bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with many options (both Vietnamese and Western) even a custom egg station where I ordered an omelette both mornings. The pool area is relaxing with great views from the 16th floor...we were visiting during the Da Nang International Firework Festival and enjoyed a dinner and the fireworks from poolside on our last night. I cant say enough good things about the hotel, we will definitely return when back in Da Nang! Thanks Ryan and team for making our visit memorable!

Just wow! Came here October last year and came back with husband. He loved it just as much as we did! Fantastic hotel made extra special by the wonderful staff! We shall definitely be back!

Everything was perfect— food, people, location, 5 mins walk to the beach

Breakfast buffet has a good selection of western and Vietnamese dishes, there was a daily afternoon tea served on the rooftop pool with a decent selection of goodies (sweet pastries and sliders). The rooms are clean, shower pressure is great and the amenities are awesome too. The hotel is a short walk away from the beach. Staff is also super friendly, would recommend this hotel for your stay in Da Nang.
