It was all amazing!

Great location! Close to the beach and a ton of good food places. Very nice room. The breakfast options were expansive at the free breakfast buffet. The staff were lovely.

The staff in this hotel are simply wonderful. Everyone was so polite and helpful, from the manager RYAN and his supervisor BOBBY to the most elegant and marvellous ANH restaurant manager who could not do enough to ensure our breakfast was a good start to the day. Also BOBBY was always welcoming and smiling. H will do anything for his guests, including booking trains, taxis and giving out info regarding places to eat. A truly remarkable hotel. Our 2nd visit and definitely not the last.

The property was generally nice! Front desk staff are friendly (i.e., Lan Anh a.k.a. Amy and supervisor Bobby). The daily complementary breakfast has so much variety and the hotel is just a block away from the beach and so many restaurants in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this hotel to any travelers.

We enjoyed enjoyed the hotel very much. All the staff was very friendly and nice, especially Mr. Ryan. He was very helpful and professional during our stay.

Breakfast was appalling, absolutely no service. You are not shown to a table. The two lifts open, lots of people pile into a room that is clearly too small for breakfast. They then wander around searching for a table. There is no cutlery or side plates on the tables. There was only two types of fruit. The croissants and baguettes had been cut into small pieces, to save costs. Afternoon tea did not look like anything like the picture. There were small tangerines(no other fruit), no bread products and only a few items. It is on the 16th floor and it was cold and windy. We went the first day and had nothing. On the second day we did not go. Our room was on the 15th floor we were woken early by noises from above- possibly chairs being moved? The room was large, spacious and clean. The receptionist were polite and professional. I would strongly not recommend this hotel if you intend to have food at it!

Hotel ok. Very busy with tours coming and going so breakfast can be rammed if you pick a busy time. Breakfasts were good and always refilled. The reception staff let the hotel down. Our TV wasnt tuned in and therefore wouldn't work even though we'd followed the instructions in the manual, the head receptionist spoke to us like we couldn't follow the instructions and were stupid in a very condescending way and said I'll come and show you how. When he arrived and realised we were right there was no apology just a grunt and a call to maintenance to sort. The shower didnt get hot only warm and the warm water didnt always last for 2 showers either, we were told by reception that is was because the water was heated to 45° (in UK it has to be 65°) Good position a road back from the beach and near lots of bars etc.

The hotel is beautiful! The roof top pool is perfect. The room is very clean and comfortable.
