Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel Da Nang

Everyone was very warm. The facilities are good and the breakfast buffet is excellent. I can recommend this hotel. It is a great hotel.

The bathroom was recently renovated. While great, the design wasn’t as the shower was open and opposite was just the toilet. Hence the floor was always wet which can be dangerous with older folks or children. Staff were usually helpful and room service was prompt, with good food!

Wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. All staff were amazing and extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was excellent and very close to the beach. Look forward to our next stay!

Everything was great except the room was non smoking but smelled like cigarettes

Ryan- front office manager and Bobby-front office supervisor were great and give a warming welcome all the guest. Arranging transport send us to airport as goodwill gesture and recommend us a nice restaurant with local Vietnam food around the hotel. Conclusion- friendly staff and good environment and suitable for all guests who want to stay. Convenient as all the shop were just around the hotel and near to beach in walking just 2min.

The location of the hotel is convenient and only a short walk to the beach. The afternoon tea was just ok. I wish they would offer both tea and coffee.
