La Charm Hoi An Hotel - Peaceful Boutique In Old Town

This hotel is lovely. Great location. Spotlessly clean. Fantastic breakfast. The bed was the most comfortable ever. We would have stayed longer but they were booked out.

The hotel was peaceful, comfortable, and very convenient for walking into the Old Town. The rooms are nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great with enough choice to start the day well.

Our family had an amazing stay at La Charm Hoi An and we would gladly return without hesitation. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the pedestrian area of the Old Town, where most of Hoi An's charm can be found. Being able to walk through the historic center every day, browse local shops, and enjoy the atmosphere was a real pleasure. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The hotel has a cozy, warm, and welcoming atmosphere that is difficult to describe. It is also very family-friendly. We traveled with our 3-year-old son, and both the hotel and restaurant made us feel completely comfortable and reassured. The property, pool, rooms, and restaurant were always spotless, which was very important to us as parents. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Our son loved the swimming pool, and we enjoyed every meal at the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious, with both authentic Vietnamese dishes and international options. The restaurant was also extremely clean and well maintained, which gave us complete peace of mind when dining with our child. What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone was kind, attentive, helpful, and genuinely caring. We became attached to the people here much faster than we expected, and leaving the hotel was surprisingly emotional for our family. Thank you to the entire La Charm team for your hospitality and kindness. You helped create some wonderful memories, and we will keep you in our hearts for a long time.

Clean, great location in Old Town, walking distance to the river with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Such a beautiful place. Nice pool and breakfast included. The staff were very lovely and helpful.

Very welcoming staff. Great swimming pool,lovely room and balcony.basically everything there was 10/10 for me,the staff,the facilities and all the rest.higly recommended!
