La Charm Hoi An Hotel - Peaceful Boutique In Old Town

Beautiful charming hotel in a great location. Easy walking or cycling to old town and surrounds. Rooms were lovely and comfortable and we were fortunate to have an extra large king size bed. Facilities at the hotel were good, includes gym, pool, restaurant, and onsite spa facilities.The desk staff were very helpful and informative, arranging drivers, assisting with our plans, providing options. Buffet breakfast was excellent with delicious food options and superb coffee. Restaurant staff were lovely and keen to be of assistance. Particularly Mr Hein and Ms Tein, who remembered and provided me with alternate milk for coffee every day (without asking) and greeted us each day with cheerful and friendly conversation. Dinner restaurant menu was also good and food was delicious.

Extremely attentive and helpful staff in all areas of the hotel. Breakfast offered a very good selection toon from local dishes to western, fruits ,egg station for super fresh eggs cooked any way you wish, pastries and more. Rooms spacious, very comfortable beds. Lovely long pool for swimmers. Good selection of food and drinks at fair prices. Perfect position fir exploring g the old quarter.

Only that the hot breakfast dishes are not very hot but there is a microwave .

What an absolutely "charming" hotel. The room was large with a balcony overlooking the rootops and canals of the historic old town. The bed was really comfortable and the TV had many options. This hotel is in a really good position with easy access to the Historic centre. If you cant walk there are always electric buggies parked in the street to take you to either the old town or An Bang Beach. (An Bang beach and the Deckhouse beach club really a highlight of our lazy lunchtime routine). The restaurant at the hotel has tasty dishes at reasonable prices. The staff are absolutely amazing and kind. The breakfast is ample. Unfortunately during our stay they didn't have any Hanoi Style Pho which we love. They also had a lovely birthday surprise for us in our room with decorated towels in yhe shape of a cute elephant and a cake. We loved our stay here the staff were great. It is important that we support small hotels like this to recover from the devasting floods in February 26 as the hotel was innudated by flood waters. We will definately be recommending it to our friends.

Heat in hallways (a small suggestion to place portable fans in the hallways that woild assist). The only thing that could be better is to install grab handrails to hold onto in order to access pool. Doing this small and inexpensive installation will greatly assist people with disabilities / mobility issues to safely enjoy this facilities.

We loved this hotel. Location was very convenient just a short walk to ancient town. Food and facilities were excellent and staff extremely helpful and welcoming.

Excellent location, quiet but on the edge of the action. Very beautiful touches. Old worldy but modern comforts. Small balcony to sit on. Staff soooooo good at their job. A+ professionalism. We will be back, I can't imagine a nicer place to stay.
