Everything well organised. Lovely restaurant, meals excellent. Glad that we stayed 3 nights. More value for money. Enjoy everything.

Rooms very small.

Staff Excellant. Food good.

The rooms a little dated and needed to be taken care of in terms mould as they are damp with the humidity. Too many people on some of the off boat activities that were arranged which was disappointing.

I thought Harry, the cruise manager, was an excellent tour guide. On the second day, the activities were much more engaging, and it felt like we explored far more of the bay without the crowds

For the price we paid, we were disappointed. The food service felt like generic canteen-style meals, and the first day’s experiences were basic—especially being taken to the tourist trap of the pearl farm shop. Evenings lacked atmosphere, and on several occasions the small boat driver crashed into the side while docking without warning. On the second day, our shower flooded due to clogged drains, and since only Vietnamese-speaking crew members were available, it was difficult to communicate the issue. We had to clean the water ourselves as it spread into our cabin. On the first day, we also had to leave our cabin unlocked because the electronic locking system was out of charge, though this was fixed later that day.

Cruise was great, host and staff the experience!

The stay was good. The host and all the crew were very accommodating. The views were very beautiful, particularly the sunset at the top deck.

Breakfast options could be improved. Some of the activities felt a bit too rushed. The drinks were very expensive for Vietnam, but this is the case for almost all the cruises! There is also a little waiting to get on and off the cruise and the stop on the way both ways seems way too long than whats needed.

Nice clean room with a small but functional balcony. The staff tried their best, though language was a problem with some of them. The food was plentiful and well cooked. No aftershocks! The scenery was amazing which is obviously why we went and the included tours of a small boat/kayak to Hang Luan cave and some time on Ti Top island to swim and chill were great. Enjoyed the squid fishing after dinner but no one caught anything.

The WiFi didn’t work at all for the whole 2 days of the trip. The staff were completely dismissive of this. You could enter the password but it just disconnected straight away. We signed up for the speed boat add on to King Kong island ($20) but it was cancelled at short notice because it was ‘too rough’. Yet we saw loads of the speedboats buzzing around, I think maybe not enough people signed up for it so they canned it for our boat. The sea wasn’t rough at all. Disappointing. Drinks - signed up for the offer for Happy Hour but the additional drinks did not appear before dinner and they tried to charge me the full price AND for the drinks that didn’t arrive. Others had a similar problem. They also make a charge for tea/ coffee at the inclusive breakfast. What the…?

Harry and the crew were so welcoming, friendly, and professional.
