The rooms are nice. Ours was on the down floor, so everytime the boat was moving it was very loud, but the boat doesn´t move during the night. Did 3D2N. Food was ok (lots of vegetarian options available). The dinner on the first day was amazing and way better than the more fancy dinner on the second. Free water refills.

The drinks are very expensive, which made us not drink much. I also don´t understand why the prices are in USD, when you have to pay in VND. With some providers, like this one, you sleep both nights on the same boat parked at the same place (loads of boats around, no privacy), and you spend the second day until 14:30 on a smaller day cruise boat that takes you deeper into the Lan Ha Bay. In hindsight we should have booked one of the boats that goes mostly to Lan Ha Bay and where you stay the whole time in the big boat. This way you can enjoy the view from the bedroom and see more. I definitely recommend the 2 nights, or else you spend very little time in the bay and Lan Ha Bay was way nicer than Ha Long, since there were less boats. 1st day: Took the Bus (organised by the cruise tour) from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay at 8:00, arrived at 11:30. At 12:00 went to the boat. Went to Hang Luon (kayaking was amazing) and Tip Top Island. 2nd day: Moved to day cruise. Went to Trinh Nu Cave, Ao Ech lagoon (you can swim to the beach but it was cold) and to the Pearl Farm (meh). We were back at 14:30 to exactly the same view as the day before. 3rd day: Went to Sung Sot cave. At 09:50 we were back on the dock, so you no longer had a view to the Bay. Got out of the boat at 10:50. Had to wait until 12:00 for the bus and only arrived at Hanoi at 16:00 since we picked some people on the way with a detour. Very frustrating and a waste of time.

La vue imprenable sur la baie d’Halong, les chambres confortables et bien équipées, les connaissances du guide Hip qui nous a aidé pour organiser la suite de notre voyage. Les repas étaient très bons et copieux (7 plats le soir ) et tout était organisé au millimètre. Le personnel professionnel et attentif.

Well maintained rooms in the ship. Neat & clean rooms, beautiful sea views from the rooms. Food was good. Good breakfast options. Based on your preferences, the chef goes extra mile to customize dinner options. Dinner was very good.

Most staff dont understand english properly so communication is a challenge. Difficult to place orders. Ronny, our tour guide was efficient, helpful and friendly. The Chef was also very professional & good. One male staff at the restaurant was quite rude. There is already a communication challenge bcz they dnt understand english & on the top of it, he was rude you as if it's your fault & you cant speak properly. Didnt like the attitude at all. Evenings are dull. Not much activities. Only a few board games to pass time. No music, the vibe is very dull unlike the other cruises. It's not lively. Even the tour activities are pretty average for the price. Also, all beverages including water is chargeable, tea/coffee is also npt included in the breakfast. You have to pay for everything. The rooms & the views are good but not worth the price. There was no jacuzzi as shown in the pictures. The top deck was dead. Left abadoned.

Harry was the most amazing host and the cruise was excellent. Great food that catered for vegetarians very well. Had a lovely time visiting the different areas on the 3D2N option.
