Arcady Boutique Cruise

I had a wonderful experience on The Arcadia in Ha Long. The boat was very well cared for, the staff were extremely friendly, courteous, and so engaging with our family and children, which made the trip extra special. Everything ran smoothly under the excellent leadership of Harry, our tour guide manager. Highly recommend!

The only downsides were the lack of pillows on the beds, which made sleeping a bit difficult, and the price of drinks during meal services, which felt quite expensive.

Clean boat and not over crowded. The kayaking was my favourite activity - wish I had spent more time on that one.

The tour was the same as about 100 or so other boats, so all activities felt over crowded. I have heard of other boats that allowed passengers to jump off and swim to a beach (not Ti Top) which would have been fun.

Lovely staff and very good food but the trip was extremely short.

Jimmy from Arcady Boutique Cruise was constantly in touch and sent us reminders about the cruise and important information days before our trip, which was helpful. The boat was fairly new and well maintained. The room and the toilet were spacious and clean. The aircon flow and amenities provided were excellent. The room and balcony were as described by the cruise providers. The activities on board were well paced and gave us ample time in between and in each activity. We particularly enjoyed kayaking, and the view from the upper deck and our room's balcony were superb. The crew was also mindful of our dietary requirements and accommodated to the best of their ability. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and an amazing experience..

Although the food provided was extensive and sufficient for all guests, the quality can be improved. The food was not exceptional, and it was not the same level as the rest of the experience we had.

El personal, la comida, las actividades, los camarotes... todo estuvo organizado a la perfección. Tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable. Harry, el manager, se encargó de nosotros y lo hizo perfectamente.
