Bella crociera in un ambiente unico. Imbarcazione pulita, staff gentilissimo, cibo ottimo.......tutto ok

Purtroppo la baia di Halong e' sfruttatissima e l'ambiente ne risente, ma e' un posto unico e lo sfruttamento umano e' inevitabile

Everything was perfect The staff is very attentive, caring, providing excellent service The room is very modern with functioning A/C and hot water Great choice of food! You can choose to go out of the boat or not for the excursions

Everything was perfect from start to finish, staff was wonderful and so was the manager Harry, he informed us of everything and answered all questions, very good and professional, great selection of food, room were nice and bed was so comfy

Little bit rushed but couldn’t be helped

It was my dream to sleep on a cruise surrounded by the beautiful Halong Bay nature. And it came true! The view was out of this world. Highly recommend to everyone, especially if your everyday views are of city life. The manager Harry, the crew and the guides were lovely as well. Every day, something was planned.

Food. Lack of information, that if you stay 2 nights, the second morning and the whole afternoon, you will spend on a completely different boat/cruise. Don't get me wrong, it was an amazing day, just with a different guide, crew and activities. I think everyone who books this experience imagines that they will spend every minute on this boat. Also, the balcony's furniture is a bit too big for a balcony, and a bit hard/uncomfortable to move around. Wifi was a struggle, but hey, cammon you're in the middle of nowhere, so not complaining.

Veramente una bella crociera, stanze pulite, balcone forse un po' troppo piccolo ma per una notte andava bene. Harry molto cordiale, attento a tutti i clienti presenti. Cibo buono, buffet abbondante. Attività belle.

La colazione. Troppo scarsa... Probabilemnte perche dopo fanno un brunch ricchissimo però meglio ridistribuire il cibo, aumentando un po' la colazione e ridimensionando il brunch.

- La gentillesse du personnel. en particulier le guide. - La nourriture était bonne et adaptée aux végétariens

- Trop de monde aux excursions proposées. - Nous avons pris la navette A/R avec le même établissement. l'horaire pour l'aller était bien respecté malheureusement pour le retour nous avons dû attendre 1h

Very nice boat and friendly staff. The food was servizable but nothing special. The room was very nice and comfortable.
