Хорошее расположение, недалеко от самого красивого и комфортного пляжа, рядом много кафе и ресторанчиков, а так же продуктовых магазинов. В отеле есть все услуги - можно обменять валюту, заказать laundry, взять на прокат байк, оформить экскурсии. Персонал приветлив

Номер отличается от того, что на фотографиях, они сильно подуставшие, поцарапанные стены, бывают грязноватые или рваные полотенца. Матрас в пленке, от этого сильно потеешь в жару. Не обольщайтесь насчёт бассейна на крыше, он маленький и его по ощущению не чистят, вода грязноватая, купаться мы не стали. Рядом с отелем находится стройка, но об этом неудобстве нас предупредили

Loved everything, clean room, plenty of space, lovely stuff that don't bullshit you without reason. One of my best stays in Vietnam in 9 weeks.

Pool could be a bit bigger and dipper, but because of how it was, we could basically have it as personal 😂

READ THE FOLLOWING COMPLETELY: I only booked this accommodation via booking.com because of its supposed rating. Google claims this is a 4-star hotel. However, I can assure you, it is NOT! The management also admits to it via my email conversation with them. I am now in the process of contacting Google to see if that rating can be omitted ASAP. The accommodation offered and I accepted a 20% refund of my stay cost for the inconvenience caused for me plus a small amount to cover for my wasted day, otherwise unfortunately there'd be a lower score on here. There were a few incidents that occured which led to the above. They claim they don't allow any non patrons or non relevant staff past the reception, but I had a stranger just open my bedroom door (without knocking) thinking it was the toilet and despite seeing room number on the door itself. Apparently that's what he was told by reception. But reception said it was miscommunication 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️. Then, although the room and bathroom were very clean, the slippers were DEFINITELY not cleaned and unusable and I had to request reception to do something. When I came back, the slippers were washed and in a more usable state. The kitchen sink doesn't have dishwashing soap so I was unable to wash a used plate completely. So I rinsed it to the best of my abilities. Staff (although kind, good English and chatty), have negligible knowledge of travel activities/destinations in and around Da Nang, especially when the patrons and clientele are mainly foreigners. Unfortunately I lost a precious day of activities because a staff gave me completely false information and did not update the overnight staff about it. Apparently they were only an intern staff. Now although that excuse maybe acceptable, they're still a full representative of the Hotel and we trust them to give us quality information. Perhaps some retraining to staff on the above would be beneficial to the future customers.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the hotel has a lot of potential. The room looked clean at first, smelled nice, and they clearly try to give guests a better experience than expected for the price. I also appreciated the small details in the room, such as toiletries and tissues, as well as the extra services like currency exchange and motorbike rental.

Great potential, but the most basic thing sleep was impossible The staff were nice and the room looked clean at first, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Shortly after getting into bed, I started feeling strong itching all over my body and noticed red bite-like marks. I do not have any known allergy and I did not swim in the sea that day. I packed my things and left immediately because I could not sleep in that condition. Later I saw another Google review from a guest who also suspected a similar bed/bed bug issue, so I strongly recommend the hotel check the mattress, bed, and linen seriously. The hotel has huge potential. I could see that they are trying to give guests a better experience with good service, helpful staff, and extra services. But at the end of the day, the main reason people come to a hotel is to sleep. In my case, I simply could not sleep there. So unfortunately, all the positive things lose their value when the most basic thing was not possible. There was also a very strong sewage smell in the bathroom, especially when opening the water or using the shower. The room itself smelled fine, but the bathroom smell was very unpleasant.
