Se comunicaron previamente, nos enseñaron el estado actual de la habitación y nos indicaron que había ruido por una construcción. Eso es positivo sin embargo debería ser con mayor antelación y no solo 3 días antes, de tal manera que uno pueda tomar una decisión al respecto.

La recepción también funciona para alquiler de motos, tiene ruido, desorden. En general se percibe descuidada.

Está ubicado en plena zona comercial y de restaurantes en Da nang, muy cerca de la playa. Tiene cocina que se puede usar y lavadora en cada piso, tremendo plus para viajeros a largo plazo.
