The environment was very nice, the music when I woke up in the morning, the hotel food and coffee were very good. The best thing is that the attitude of the welcoming people felt like a family. "Excellent"

The property supervisor was a young gentleman name Bang was extremely helpful and offered tips how to maneuver around town. We really appreciated him a lot. He also woke up 4am to use his scooter to drop us to the bus station. Which was 3-5minutes away from the hotel since shuttle trolly not available at such early time. The VinBus transportation from hotel to night market and airport all complimentary from hotel services.
