Seahorse Signature Danang Hotel by Haviland

Stayed here for one night. The dorm was comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast was really good too. The highlight of the stay was uncle Ty, the staff over here who always had a big smile and is willing to help with everything. He can't speak English but he proactively uses Google translate to communicate and is eager to help and make the stay pleasant. Thank you uncle Ty 🙏

Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue simplemente excelente. Desde el primer momento se nota el nivel de atención al detalle y el cuidado que ponen en que los huéspedes se sientan cómodos y bien atendidos. Las instalaciones son modernas, limpias y muy cómodas; tanto las habitaciones como las zonas comunes transmiten tranquilidad y calidad. La cama era especialmente confortable y todo estaba impecable durante toda la estancia. Pero si hay alguien que hizo que la experiencia fuese todavía más especial, fue el botones Tie Lynh. Sin duda, el trabajador más simpático y atento del hotel. Siempre con una sonrisa, dispuesto a ayudar en cualquier momento y haciendo que cada llegada o salida fuese agradable. Su amabilidad y cercanía marcan la diferencia y consiguen que uno se sienta realmente bienvenido. Un hotel totalmente recomendable tanto por la comodidad de sus instalaciones como por la calidad humana de su personal. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Pool. Big studio and nice people especially Ty, what a lovely man!

Staff were really very helpful, every person was so friendly. I was nervous staying in a dorm room with just one other man I didn’t know and Thu was really kind about it.
