Thao Nhung Thu Linh Ty Vy Oanh Hieu An благодарю вас. Я в восторге от отеля. Уже третий раз останавливаюсь. Очень стильно, чисто. Завтраки с полезными опциями - салаты, много зелени, яичница, национальная еда, банановый пирог и тд. Искренне рекомендую. Очень понравилось качество постельного белья, подушки, матрас - все удобное! Мне это важно!

perfect location, beautiful room

1. Most of the staff don’t speak English, so nearly all communication had to be done via Google Translate. 2. I felt slightly pressured to leave a positive Google review. The staff even provided a note with their names to include. While this isn’t a major issue, I prefer to give honest feedback, and the service didn’t stand out enough for me to leave a named review. Rather than focusing on collecting positive reviews, it would be better to improve communication and service quality. There were some basic mistakes during my stay (e.g., incorrect cash handling, and occasionally forgetting to replace items during room cleaning, such as the floor mat). These kinds of issues seem fairly common in Vietnam, so overall the service was acceptable, but not particularly impressive. Personally, I wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving an especially positive review.

The hotel is in a great location in Danang's city centre. 100 points for the super-friendly and helpful staff, shout-outs to always smiling and helpful Ty and also Thao at the reception that answered all our questions. Great value for money, excellent breakfast was also included.

The housekeeping teams were exceptional. Very professional and thorough in their activities. The front desk team were always responsive and geared their communications around sightseeing opportunities. The food was excellent. Great chef and doorman was always friendly and eager to assist. Everyone who did not speak English either tried or worked through translators to help.

I did not like that I was contacted outside of the Booking.com app... and by multiple parties. The Booking said transportation was included but the first message I got stated there was a fee for the service. I got an email from Booking.com telling me my privacy was violated when Seahorse staff forwarded my personal contact information outside their app. From there, I received unsolicited WhatsApp messages from multiple people. I do not like or welcome unsolicited sales-related messages. I prefer all discussions with a rental to be included in the app I booked the unit in. In that way, I don't miss valuable messages and Booking.com can track and observe communications, should issues arise.

ベトナムのホステルにしては値段は少し高めですが、その分快適でした。ダナン中心部にあり立地よし。近くに24時間営業のコンビニや日本食が美味しい焼酎居酒屋があります。スタッフはフレンドリー。1階の4人ドミはトイレ・シャワー付き。ベッドは快適。部屋、屋上プールともに清潔で、プールはチェックアウト後でも使わせてもらえました。キーデポジット現金200k。ウォーターサーバーあり。

上司からそうしろと言われているのか、複数のスタッフからことあるごとに良いレビューを要求されました。チェックアウト時には、1泊しかしていないのにも関わらずその場でレビューを書くことを要求されました。実際良いホステルなのですが、点数には誇張されている部分があるかもしれません。

When we arrived, the security man Ty Linh Thao oanh took our luggage inside the hostel immediately, gave us delicious cold tea as a welcome drink while checking in. He was always smiling and was always welcoming! The check in was also easy, everything was fine. The rooftop pool was fancy, I wish I could try it. They also have water refiller that made me save money, really thankful for that!!

I had a room mate who put the ac on a freezing temperature all the time. Overall, I can suggest them to have a public bathroom next to the restroom, in case somebody checks out but still wants to go somewhere and after to take a shower before leaving. Also, there was a sign outside of the balcony that said don't hang our clothes outside because in case they get lost, they don't take responsibilty. That one I didn't really understand, because people would need something to hang their wet stuff.

Super hôtel avec une piscine propre sur le toi, la chambre étais très agréable, merci a Linh, Thao, Oanh et bien-sûr Ty pour leur accueil.
