La piscine n’était pas propre et nous n’avons pas pu en profiter. Il n’y avait pas un grand choix au niveau de l’alimentation

I loved everything, the location is beautiful the people are very kind and always willing to help with my transport and Phong even took time on his day off to come with me on a trek. The food was great and very cheap. This place is very quiet deep in the mountain with beautiful scenery and I even had the dorm for myself. I definitely recommend

The pool could use a bit of cleaning but it does rain quite often which probably doesn't help keeping it clean

Because of the distance from central town so there lacks of convenience

The views were good

The room was unclean. It was absolutely freezing which is expected for the location but there was no adequate way to heat the room. The air con has a heating function but it done absolutely nothing to heat the room. Electric heater or electric blanket is absolutely needed. I couldn't wait to leave.

The views were spectacular, the staff friendly and the food was good.

Alarmingly expensive for what you get. We booked a large room with 2 double beds. Don't expect the luxury price tag. Mouldy leaves in kettle. Pool was filthy (unswimmable). Beds hard.

We had some complains, but the management actually listend and even send us pictures of their improvments.
