Nice staffs, food served in restaurant was good as well. A bit hidden and far from town central but it's fine

peaceful hotel away from the town so it's suitable if you are looking for some quiet time. Fanstastic view and atmostphere and luckily there are only 4 of us during our stay so enjoy it to the most.

the restaurant staffs need more training. we arrived late without dinner reservation so not much options to order, which is understable. however, we ordered the vegetarian soup and they brought it with minced meat. when we asked them, they just said the kitchen is closed and provided no solution or apology. while I'm Vietnamese, I understand this kind of responsibility avoidance behaviour but I would expect more professional service with this level of room charge.

The breakfast was very delicous.There was many things to do there and the host was friendly.

Nights were noisy because guests sang karaoke.Hope the hotel would add a noise cancelation room for karaoke

Wonderful spot overlooking the valley. Good and comfortable rooms (basic, but we did not need more).

The property was newly built.

Unfortunately they told us the kitchen was closed at 6pm even though it says 10pm online, which meant that after a long day of riding the motorbike we had to go to bed hungry. They offered to cook us fried rice because they felt bad I think, but when we went to get the fried rice they just ignored us and kept drinking with their friends so we left eventually. The rooms were also freezing cold because they weren’t closed off to the outside.

Awesome location offering fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and accompanying vistas.

Room was a bit more basic than anticipated with no air conditioning or heater.
