Khách sạn trang bị đầy đủ tiện ích, trong phòng còn có máy giặt và chỗ để phơi đồ, quá xịn. Nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình.

Căn hộ xinh, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Nhân viên dễ thương, nhiệt tình. Mình sẽ quay lại thời gian tới nếu tới Đà Nẵng 😊

Phòng ốc ở đây rất sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi và được bố trí hợp lý, tạo cảm giác thoải mái, dễ chịu ngay từ khi bước vào. Không gian thoáng mát, yên tĩnh, phù hợp để nghỉ ngơi sau một ngày tham quan. Đặc biệt, đội ngũ nhân viên cực kỳ thân thiện, chu đáo và luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ bất cứ lúc nào, khiến mình cảm thấy rất được chào đón. Vị trí của khách sạn cũng vô cùng thuận tiện – chỉ vài phút đi bộ là ra tới biển, xung quanh lại có nhiều hàng quán, địa điểm ăn uống và dễ dàng di chuyển đến các điểm du lịch nổi tiếng ở Đà Nẵng. Với mức giá hợp lý như vậy, mình cảm thấy trải nghiệm ở MK hoàn toàn xứng đáng và vượt mong đợi. Nếu có dịp quay lại Đà Nẵng, chắc chắn MK sẽ tiếp tục là lựa chọn ưu tiên hàng đầu của mình!

Didn’t really get to enjoy it

Ok, i never do this… but I had to book another hotel instead of sleep here. Mould above my pillow/ head in the bedroom (see pics) + was left a note on my bed that it might get noisey at night time... It was a Tuesday night and the “bar” next door which i thought was a restaurant was partying outrageously loud next to my apartment window till early hours of morning (couldn’t sleep + mould = booked another hotel at 11pm). The staff seemed very nice and kind - but they leave at 5pm. Was too late to switch rooms or complain so I left. No offer of refund when i told staff about issues next day at check out. A “sorry and thanks for letting us know” from a kind staff member who had nothing to do with the issues. Next time… I’ll read ALL the reviews. I kind of blame booking.com and hotel owners (not staff)… it’s the first time a very high ranking hotel on booking.com caused me to have such a bad experience. I checked the reviews after i stayed and i see many have the same issues.

The apartment was spacious and well fitted, we were on the 4th floor at the front of the building, unfortunately every night until 11 there was loud music playing in the restaurant below, this got tedious as we stayed here for 5 nights. The mess in the morning was not pleasant and neither were the yelling and screaming drunks as they wait for their ride home outside the building. The location along the river is nice. There are local gyms, supermarkets and cafes all around. If it wasn’t for the noise it would have been a great stay.
