MK Riverside Apartment by Haviland

The apartment was very clean, shower was great and staff were lovely.

I didn't realise it was next to a lively bar (my fault for not checking ). It did stop at midnight, but if you're an early sleeper, this probably isn't the place for you .

Room is very specious and has everything I need. Decoration looks pretty much the same as in pictures.

Noise from beer garden next door

I love the setup and the size of the apartment for 2 people. The location was great. Everywhere we went was a short ride with our moped. Good area for our daily walks.

The restaurant next door played loud music every night. Some nights it was turned off at decent hours. The mattress in our apartment was not comfortable.

Clean and tidy apartments, great view from the window. Overall a great place

The reception staff Phuong and Hanniee made me feel at home.They helped with laundry, advice about where I could to to eat and to work remotely. Bed was comfy and the location was great. Easy to get to downtown and the beach.

Unfortunately the river view property means you can not have a quiet room but the room itself was great and the staff excellent, helping me to find my feet as well some items I needed for work

WHAT MADE THIS HOTEL REALLY SPECIAL WAS THE MANAGER - THANH PHUONG - SHE HELPED WITH THINGS LIKE ARRANGING TOURS, GETTING LAUNDRY DONE, AND FINDING LOCATION SERVICES AND RESTAURANTS - WHICH MADE LIFE EASIER AND THE STAY SUPER ENJOYABLE

Lovely location with a nice river view from the one bedroom, and plenty of usable closet space.

The area was very quiet during Tet, and it took about six days for the local stores and restaurants to all start opening up.

The property is at a great location, right on the river and in between downtown and the beach (around a 25 minute walk to each). The room is spacious and has everything you need for short to long stays. I stayed a month and so I was really grateful for the washing machine, kitchen, and daily room cleaning option:) The receptionist are absolute sweethearts and SO helpful with everything, any concern or question of mine was answered immediately and handled accordingly. Loved my stay here and highly recommend it👍

ダナン滞在時は何時も利用しています。徒歩圏内にレストランや生活必需品が揃う店が有り便利です。 ただ、レストランが近い為に深夜までの騒音が難の一つ。

The checkin process was super easy and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very well set up and clean. The kitchen could do with a few extra basic things to make cooking/dining in easier. The views are great and the place is light, spacious and handy to most things.

The external noise from local bars/restaurants that are very close by. It is relentless and goes until the earlier hours most days of the week. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. The bed was super creaky when moving but hopefully that has since been fixed.
