Clean room, awesome view, and great value!

The surrounding area may get quite noisy and sound-proofing was not great

달랏 시내에서 약간 떨어진 곳에 있어요. 1. 방 디럭스 더블룸을 예약했습니다. 진짜 뷰 맛집이에요!!! 이 뷰 만으로도 이 호텔은 합격입니다!!!! 침대에 누워서 바라보는 풍경은, 아 진짜 좋아요. 파란 하늘도 너무 예쁘고, 비가 온다고 해도 분위기 있을 것 같아요. 매트리스도 편안하고 침구도 깨끗하고 포근했습니다. 아침저녁으로 쌀쌀한 날씨였는데 방에서 춥다는 느낌은 못 받았어요. 슬리퍼, 가운, 금고는 없습니다. 2. 욕실 샤워 부스가 있습니다. 수압도 괜찮아요. 온수도 잘 나옵니다. 고체 비누가 아닌 물비누여서 좋았습니다. 서랍 안에 일회용품이 들어 있습니다. 첫날 욕실 문 뒤쪽에 전에 숙박한 사람이 사용한 수건이 걸려 있어서 놀랐습니다. 문을 열어놓고 청소해서 놓친 것 같아요. 바닥에 머리카락도 눈에 띄었습니다. 청소 마무리에 좀 더 신경을 쓰면 좋겠습니다. 타월이나 그 밖의 것은 좋았습니다. 3. 조식 우와 조식 뷰도 어마어마해요!!!! 엘리베이터 문이 열리면 조식보다도 뷰에 압도됩니다. 우와! 감탄이 절로 나와요. 조식은 특별하지 않습니다. 보통 정도예요. 직원들은 친절하고 조용히 움직입니다. 음식도 부족한 것 없이 즐길 수 있었어요. 다만 tea pot warmer를 사용하지 않는 것은 아쉽습니다. 따뜻한 혹은 뜨거운 차를 마시고 싶었는데 그냥 바닥에 놓여 있어서 미지근했어요. 투숙객들이 주전자를 손으로 만져서 온도를 확인하는 모습을 자주 볼 수 있었어요. 시내에서 조금 떨어졌다고 해도 아주 먼 거리는 아니에요. 야시장 기준으로 도보로 15분 정도 걸립니다. 길도 복잡하지 않아서 산책 삼아 걷기 충분합니다. 그랩을 이용해도 저렴합니다. 달랏의 멋진 풍경을 침대에서 즐길 수 있어요. bbb

Slight off main centre, need to walk a bit along hilly roads Convenient for Gran though Some Grab driver couldn't find the place, fortunately the staff were able to direct the drivers to the hotel

Breakfast was OK but could of done with continental breakfast each morning was same

Could hear dogs barking at night snd early mornings

Sustainability no AC - fan provided. Modern, great use of space and architecture. Clean and tasteful furnishings.

That breakfast was 6-9 am and staff spoke very little English. The 4th floor is a fantastic space and is under- utilised. Consider extending the breakfast times to 11. Rent it out as art gallery, arrange brunches with various themes of cuisines

Super comfortable beds, new hotel. Beautiful window framed view with flower boxes. Quieter location. Great shower and breakfasts. Beautiful dining area with mega views on top floor.

The staff tried to be helpful but struggled with English- notably senior Reception Staff. We got the impression that the breakfast staff were stressed by the manager supervising them. When we visited the top floor on arrival, we were immediately told that we couldn’t use it. It’s advertised as a coffee bar but the staff had no idea how to operate the espresso machine at breakfast time. A big waste of a superb space. We were also surprised that looking after our passports at reception meant keeping them in a file on the desk. Also, the insistence that we had to wait on check-out so that they could check the room. No mini bar and no fridge!

Wonderful breakfast restaurant, with a stunning view over beautiful Da Lat. Super attentive staff that tried their best to accommodate our needs.

The noise level from the streets was horrible, dogs barking in the evening carried on until midnight and at six o'clock in the morning the neighbours roosters started competing at who could wake up the guests the quickest. And no tv signal, despite the on-called technicians poor attempt to fix this simple problem. This was a problem in both the rooms we stayed in. And why? they didn't put any furniture out on the terrace in front of the hotel is a puzzle to me...
