Brick House Dalat Hotel

Mostly booking here as it was new and the modern layout eye catching.

We stayed in a beautiful spacious apartment. Good location. Beautiful view from breakfast room

This place is amazing. It is absolute luxury. The staff are so kind. The bedrooms are gorgeous and clean with amazing views. The restaurant has amazing views. Breakfast was good but dinner was average. Bathrooms are really nice.

We stayed in the room under the restaurant and we could hear the tables and chairs being moved around each morning, and one night until late when there was a party on.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped us to arrange tours, organize airport pick up and drop off, and also responded to requests for extra water etc... The bedroom was clean and spacious. We also had a beautiful view of the valley. For breakfast each morning we were warmly greeted by the hotel manager. He was extremely friendly and hospitable. The breakfast area included an amazing panoramic view and plenty of comfortable seating. The Americanos and Cafe Mochas for order from the restaurant were good. The pumpkin soup at the restaurant is also quite good. The hotel is well situated and there are coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would consider staying again.

-The hotel does need to get itself on the GRAB APP, so as to make it easier for pick up and drop offs. -The breakfast itself was sub-par minus the egg station. Their needs to be more variety of breads (waffles, pancakes, fresh croissants, etc..) and home fries or hash browns would be nice. The coffee was not great. -Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin which meant we could sometimes hear the people next door and the noise from the street.

Clean, comfortable, great location. Comfortable bed, warm shower, beautiful window looking to outside. Beautiful outlook and space from dining area, great for a drink, no wine served there.

Noise travelled between the rooms, woken at 1am with someone checking in as room was near check in desk. Room next to us had TV on and volume up loud at 3am each morning, could hear it in our room. Breakfast was average.

Good sized room.

The big problem with the Brick House is there is no noise insulation. No carpets in the corridors or rooms so all noise is magnified. This is a design issue not easily solved. It's a shame because it's a new hotel and the staff are sympathetic but I couldn't recommend it as a place to have a relaxing stay.
