- The room on the 5th floor is quite big, clean and quiet. - Design and decoration are very nice. - The beds and pillows are comfortable. - The lift can fit 3 persons and 2 big luggages. - The balcony can see the firework from the far distance. - There are so many drawers in the rooms. - The staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. - Buggy service is available.

- There is stain in the sofa which might not be new as per the photos. - The refrigerator door was installed in the wrong side, so it is difficult to open it. - There is only 1 key card per room and the air condition is not working well. It takes time (more than hour) for the room to get cold. - The bathroom floor is slippery. - We need to ride the hotel buggy to other place where our breakfast (a la carte) would be served. There is not much choice to choose, and the taste is not our favorite. - There is only one big garbage bin located in the bathroom.
