Lotus Home Hillside

A newer hotel just 10 minute walk to where the nightly fireworks are staged. The breakfast that was included was at another Lotus hotel, just a 5 minute walk but they also provided a golf cart ride there. The breakfast had about 10 choicest, which was good, but no coffee etc included, just a glass of water. The staff were nice and helpful knew some English. When we booked it included 2 tickets on the cable car to the island with the water park. So a huge saving on the price. A great deal.

The location is lively! The staff was very good. Breakfast was great.

Room had no window. There was no full length mirror in the room.

The design of the room is nice. But the lack of a window is very very very bad. And it was not mentioned in the room description. For this money you can find rooms with windows.

The stuff speaks no English, no window in the room. And the so called breakfast doesn’t even include a coffee. And not to mention for vegetarians, what they offer for breakfast can’t even considered breakfast.

I highly recommend this hotel; the staff were exceptionally kind, and I enjoyed a very pleasant three-day stay. The complimentary breakfast and cable car tickets were a welcome bonus.

The family room was really spacious and clean. The bathroom was huge. The balcony although small, have one of the best views. We could see the sea in the morning and the fireworks in the evening. Very comfortable.

The breakfast was not too great, very limited options for foreigners. Local cuisine mostly and no option of chicken available. They do not give complimentary coffee, which I found everywhere else across Vietnam.
