"DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL "

Please do not book this hotel. We were in a deluxe hotel room, 803. The wooden floor was covered in dust all around the edges and corners. We kept getting other people’s long and short hairs caught on our feet and shoes. The major problem over how dirty the room was that there where sh$t strain on the sheets and the only air con vent in the room sent the cold air into the lounge area and not into the bedroom where it was needed. There was a clear temperature difference between the two zones. An engineer came to the room and said it was fine. The hotel is dirty as with black mould on the bathroom ceiling and the dirty bedding and the dust everywhere. Staff didn’t care

Friendly staff, unique property, extensive wood structure. Lobby is all wood carvings. Truly a magnificent work of arts. And most of all love the variety of food served during breakfast. It's highly recommended.

A variety of local and western food

Towels are rather old and starting to rip at the edges. Window in our room wasn't closed properly causing street noise to come in on the first night. Had to close the window again when I inspected the window the next day When booking, I have also asked for recommendations for a nice dinner as it was my parents wedding anniversary and my birthday. We got the recommendation, and that's all. Not even a anniversary/ birthday greeting was given when we check in. Whereas our hotel in Hue gave a small cake and rose when we check out to celebrate us. The receptionist also remembered our names and greeted each customers by name. I would go back to the hotel in Hue anytime over Monalisa.
