For the price…great value. Excellent breakfast but the coffee was barely warm. Staff great and helpful.

The hotel is centrally located, near many restaurants and a quick walk to the beach. I love the variety of the breakfast buffet and enjoyed a soothing bowl of soup noodles to start every day. Even though there is a gorgeous beach, the rooftop pools stands out as a gem in its own right. The staff were so friendly and helped us track down our missing belongings. The hospitality never misses a beat.

The facility itself was lovely. However, we found staff to be very unfriendly and not at all helpful. They did not assist with queries about the area, arranging tours, providing local maps etc. All facilities we had stayed at prior to this hotel were extremely helpful in that regard. Our experience in Vietnam strongly favours the small boutique hotels with their very friendly and helpful staffs.

Nice room with comfortable air conditioning with a window to let fresh sea air to flow thru. Room was very nicely decorated and good stand up shower. Breakfast was ok, the breakfast staff express some displeasure behind your back when took some bacon aside and requested the bacon to be crispy up, also the orange juice was very low and staff seem to be conserved when they do fill it up. The hall way carpet could be better cleaning because it has some smell.

Good location But less flexibility I extended 1 night but they need me to change room from twin bed to Queen bed Same view

We were pleased with everything, room was spacious, and so with the bathroom. Huge windows which is nice. The ac works great not making noises. The breakfast is really good with enough options for the price. The best part is the staff are friendly, helpful. This hotel have lots of well designed wood so if you like wood carving do not hesitate book this hotel, highly recommend even you don’t like wood i think it’s still really nice place to stay. Convenient to restaurants, massages, mini mart beach is like 2 1/2 blocks. Special thank you to NHu and the staff in front desk, and restaurant. They all have smiles on their faces when they see us. Even house keeping. The manager gifted us bouquets of flowers and cake, what a pleasant surprise we had issue but was resolved and explained very quickly thank you for caring. We felt like home.
