Monalisa Luxury Hotel

Stuff is exceptionally friendly and assisting. Our room (9th floor) got all amenities needed. Breakfast with high varieties for food, however, focusing on Asian style, eggs cooked to order. The employees, kitchen and service, very attentive, quick, and friendly. Maids are doing a good job, too. Location very good, 200 m to the beach with beach bars available. Endless beach to walk.

The entire hotel, incl. rooms, is furnished in a very special, dark brownish wooden style. You have to like it. But nothing to blame the hotel, we knew before from the photos. The weather was terrible (mid of November to mid of December)....not fault of the hotel.

The breakfast was top notch and the staff was amazing (Vang and Phoenix). As for the front desk, they were exceptional in assisting me. I appreciate everyone. Thank you.

staff were friendly but not helpful with information. there was no tourist information available. I found out on the last day that whille my one of the twin beds had a topper and was comfortable, the other was uncomfortably firm.

Location, breakfast, rooms and staff are all excellent. Very good value for price.

good location, near the beach area

booked 3 rooms. Requested to have sea view online prior to arrival. When asked upon arrival, was told the hotel was fully booked. Other room types are available but not at preferred rate. Another friend booked just one day earlier got a better room and also at a cheaper rate. Was given a room on a lower floor, noisy street could be heard inside the room. Hotel rooms' doors not well built, noisy when other rooms open or close.
